Him and Andy are in the doubles, the above list is singles only.

The rules for doubles are the top 10 in the doubles rankings are in automatically, and they choose a partner of the same nationality. If a country has two players in the top 10, such as USA with two Bryans, then they get another spot, I guess filled by Blake/Ginepri.  The rest of the spots are filled by guys in the singles draw, who can have another partner who isn't in the draw, as long as the total players in both draws for a single country doesn't exceed 6.
