cmon yeah
The velodrome tends to be our most successful venue in terms of medals at the Olympics. Looking good for Beijing at the moment.

Awesome results from the World Swimming Shortcourse Championships so far, with GB 3rd in the Medal table. The most medals so far! Hopefully they can reproduce the form in the 50m pool at the Olympics! It's shaping up to be a good one this year! Imagine how good GB will be in London 2012 with all the extra funds coming in!! Very Happy

Because it's to update on Olympic qualifiers and so on and so forth. And so no one creates a new topic when the Olympics start! lol

Not to mention people creating topics for every olympic sport just because they saw it on the tele this week.

My Dad's workmate's son is going to the Olympics as the NZ Mens Football team physio.
He was Physio for the Knights who were NZ's only professional team last year and that was his first job after qualifying. Then he went to the womens World Cup in China recently and now going to the Olympics. Not a bad life!

Roddick and Gasquet have both pulled out of the Olympics as well as Mardy Fish, and German Tommy Haas... See they are pro-tibet campaigners!

Actually.. they just want to be ready for the US Open. Shame

A parasite who lives of our taxes it is just a pity she can not compete because her horse is injured and not because of revolution were she and all the other Sax-Cobergs were strung up from lampposts.

And a woman who sh*ts in the street and starts to cry, big loss.

This reminds me of one of the first arguments I ever had here, about the monarchy!
Last time we spoke about it I remember saying that I'd once seen some statistics that the monarchy brought in more money then was spent on them, and Al asked me for the source. I'm such an arse because I just read it again recently, and I've already forgotten where...
