Ok, so along the lines of coming on like a house on fire?
I do like your translation too Mark. Let's just pretend it's a mixture of both!

'Murray's coming like lorry, which is British for an 18 wheeler.'

What on earth does that mean? An americanism? David- some insight?

Murray's coming on really fast, but he says like an 18 wheeler because American's don't call them Lorries?

Just a thought about this, if Brad knows Murray quite well, which he probably does why does he call him Murray?

Well in the US talking about Andy would mean Roddick right? He doesn't even usually call him Murray. Just 'the kid' which I actually think is quite funny. Kinda fatherly. I'm sure when he's chatting to him he calls him Andy though. If you listen to todays podcast you'll get a good idea of the kind of relationship they have already. It sounds pretty cool.

Many people have the habit of calling people by their surname. I do it all the time.

I used to get that on my knee and eyebrow Smile

Last time I checked it's a sign you're tired and/or stressed.
