Email Bulletins
« on: November 02, 2007, 07:51:58 PM »
I don't know whether you guys are going to continue making the newsletter but I think we should send out a bulletin to everyone when there's a really important match. The purpose is just to remind them that we are still here and this is the place to be for discussing the event.
I got this idea from MTF, they are now doing this... for example:
Mentennisforums.com- The Davidoff Swiss Indoors
Dates: October 20th to October 28th, 2007.
Event Venue: St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland
Surface: Hard/Indoors
Prize Money: $1,000,000
Defending: Roger Federer
The Davidoff Swiss Indoors takes place this week at the St. Jakobshalle in Basel, Switzerland. The event is the third largest indoor tournament. World No. 1 Roger Federer, who lost to David Nalbandian in the final at the Masters Series-Madrid, leads fellow Top 10ers Fernando Gonzalez, David Ferrer and James Blake at this week’s tournament.
Will Federer be able to defend his title on his home turf or will there be another upset?

I think so many members sign up here and then forget we even exist... that is typical of Internet forums.

So if people think it's appropriate to send out a bulletin then please post here...
I think we should have a bulletin for Shanghai if Murray gets there, for example.

It could be it went to spam, which I routinely empty without checking it. Could you send it again? Thanks.
