Andy Murray eased into the third round of the Hamburg Masters with comfortable 6-3 6-3 victory over Gilles Simon.
Murray got off to a fast start by breaking Simon in the opening game. Andy broke again four games later to lead 4-1 but ended losing serve for 4-3. Two games and a break later the set was Murray's.
The second set went with serve until at 3-3 all: Andy lost has first service point but then won the next eight points to leave himself in in a position to serve for the match. Suddenly, the 20 year old foulnd himself down three break points. But Murray, to his credit, saved them all and finished the match off.
His next opponent is world number two, Rafael Nadal, who beat Potito Starace.

He's beaten a lot of top guys on clay and is a very tough clay-court player. I was happy to finish it off so professionally.
