Got an absolute bollocking at work! It wasnt really meant to be directed at me but to all the kitchen staff. It was just that I was the only member in at the time. Plus someone blamed me for something, which I didnt do. And I was able to prove i didnt, but the boss didnt care. He's a bit of a bast**d like that! It really got me down a bit, and makes me not want to work tomorrow morning. I dont think criticism works well with me!

They don't call your boss Gordon do they? Nil desperandum Michelle.  Luckily, he's not really my boss, but the owner. So he dosent interfere to much. The Head chef is probably my boss and he's ok. Really laid back and we get on well. Went to Vegas with him last year. And the Bar Manager is ok too. So its just when the owner comes down that I have to be careful! Anywqay, I didnt see him today, so it was ok! |

I was chatting with a bloke from work who plays tennis and hes got me wanting to play. My my wrist is still dodgy. I need to get a racket thats the right grip size and I need to work on the strength in my arms. I've ordered some wrist and ankle weights from Avon which I'm gonna use AND they are aqua ones so I can use them while swimming too!! Although I'll look like a proper geek but there you go |

You should try find a club that does coaching at the weekends for beginners/improvers. It's amazing what a coach can do with a new player's game.

Some things my hubby doesn't like in there - probationary period for a start - you're not supposed to have one here - but no job is set in stone and I only have to give 2 weeks notice if it doesn't work out. Besides, I could win the lottery at any moment  Exactly! Never say never  I'm hoping on an Irish lotto win soon  I've been doing it for months so I think I'm over due a win. And you think me and andrew are? You haven't seen me play!! Spent more time running after the ball. I can't serve for sh*te and I'll be lucky to hit a return. My double handed back hand was alright though

I went swimming after work but I was rather disconcerned when a constantly kept getting a sharp clicking pain in the back of my knee  It wasn't the bone clicking because I'd know, but it was something else and it was really painful to swim. I hope it goes away though - can't be doing with that. |
