The Birdcage on DVD. I love this film. I only realise I didn't own it when we went into The Birdcage night club in Manchester last night
Crazy place!

I've got to reinstall all my software (which will be a pain) but I need a new monitor first and then I have to save all my files before reinstalling - not to worry, I'll have plenty of time soon!

I was disappointed with The Golden Compass - I hope that you're not. I Am Legend is ok and I haven't see the rest.
$8.79 for a padded envelope and the postage to post a birthday card, gift & photo cd to my friend who lives in Cyprus but will actually be visiting her mum in the UK next week, so I've posted it there. I also lied on what was in the package so that any would be thief wouldn't be interested in the contents!

Betty and I went to the Trafford Centre today and I bought some essentials for Wimbledon. I bought myself a pair of Skechers for walking about the Wimbledon grounds AND a pair of purple/pinky sunglasses from River Island
I bought the first Dave Spikey DVD and a book called The Book of General Ignorance
I think its from the creators of QI (
) and theres a foreword by Stephen Fry and four words by Alan Davies
I was testing Beth with some of the contents and she didn't do very well - if she was on the show that syron would be going off non stop
But its dead interesting!!
Did you know, Henry VIII only had two wives??
