I've no receipt so no case. Plus I went to the one in the Trafford Centre which takes ages getting to, if I had my reciept I'd go back to my local one. I've just emailed River Island telling them the situation but I figured because I bought the sunglasses on my bank card it would be good enough proof of purchase for them.

That doesn't prove anything, that proves you spent £13 in store. It won't say what on. Good luck though, you might get someone who takes a kind view. |

 Like they are going to look through thousands upon thousands of transactions to find your one. All you can do is ask at the counter and see if you get lucky. |
