The topic with the latest post in it, goes to the top of the board. HOWEVER, topics that are made into "Sticky" topics by the moderators, stay the top of the board ahead of every other thread. That's how.

You are great at explaining things.  You can tell I have never been on any other forum before so a lot of the items I see here are completely new to me ............ thank you ........

Smile I'll answer that one. I was 35. I've broken 15 bones in the last 30 months though. It's called osteoporosis and it's a ruddy nusiance, not to mention putting a kibbosh on mobility..  Crying or Very sad

Oh Tally, that's awful!  hug  Something us ladies should be aware of - I buy orange juice with added calcium to try and boost my girls intake of it.

Missed this one.

How old were you when you learnt to drive?
17. You can start learning when you are 15 here. You can get a learner's licence by passing the road code theory test which means you can only drive if someone who has had a full license for at least 2 years is in the passenfer seat with you and you must have L plates stuck on the windscreen and back window. You have to have this for 6 months and then you can go for a driving test for a 'restricted license.' This means you can drive alone, but can only have passengers who have had a full license for 2 years in the front passenger seat. I believe you can have other passengers in the back as long as someone with a full license is in the front, although I never did this. Also, you cannot drive between 10pm and 6am. You have to have this for 18 months (or it can be cut down to 12 months if you do some sort of 'defensive driving course') and then you go for another driving test to get the full license. I didn't really feel ready to start driving at 15 and didn't bother to start learning until I was 17. Got the restricted as soon as a I could and same with the full.

Yes, Braveheart when I realised what a piece of over rated celluloid excrement it was.

Not only had I wasted two hours of my life that I would never get back, but I had paid hard earned cash for the privilege.

If there is any justice in this world Mel Gibson should have his Oscar inserted side-ways as punishment for crimes against the cinematic arts!

The tosser.

Very Sad

I notice how none of the boys have answered this question seriously lol

I cried at the Green Mile, I do have to admit. Don't think I've ever cried at another film though.
