7a.m. to 15p.m. are only 8 hours which makes this a void match day I guess. If I hadn't come home from school, I'd have missed the deadline.

I never come online in the mornings as there’s no time but I went to bed at midnight and I checked, the OOP wasn’t out yet so it could only be done at 7am. The 9 hour rule is excessive in my opinion. Think

This rule does not apply if the OOP is released outside of the acceptable time frame and in such a case the decision to post up the match thread is left at the discretion of the staff/organisers.

The thread is fine.

Oh, I completely understand. I just think it's a bit unfair to people who had already gone to school or work, even if the OOP was released far too late.

The thread is fine.

Not really your call to make. If it was you who had missed the deadline, everybody would have heard about it, I'm sure. lol

No, the rules are in place for a reason.

1) your problem, the threads are geared to the UK - I'm not saying that's right, that's just the way it is, it's a UK owned site.

2) I missed two days last week and didn't complain at all. It's your job to be on sometime before the deadline to post predictions.

As for the 9 hour thing, it's 21 minutes out, so hardly make or break. I think it's more there to cover when threads don't get put up until say..... 4 or 5 hours before. Or less than that.

Easier said than done though, when you're at school or work you can't get on to make the deadline. It's simply impossible for some people.

Regarding the rule or not, it's still unfair for some people. But fine, it looks like most got their predictions in anyway, so I don't mind.

(Oh, and 7.20a.m. and 15a.m. are 7 hours and 40 minutes. The difference is not 21 minutes. I thought you were so good at maths. Wink)

Apologies, I misread your post, thought you had said 8 til 15 was 8 hours. I meant it's an hour and 21 minutes. But never mind. Point still stands.
