No an hour before play starts is the rules...... unless the organisers change it. Personally, I think it should ALWAYS be an hour before play starts, not an hour before the first match that they choose starts.

As i've noted before, this rule is a bit misleading. It makes it round like the time will stay constant throughout the tournament, which obviously isn't the case.

It should be as much as possible, that's why we often choose later matches to keep it consistent.

I always viewed it as constant to how many hours before play..... lol Oh well. In that case, Allan screwed up! Wink
