Don't want to pick out any posts, I see the sort of general postin style you have, it's just.... blunt..... You remind me of me quite a bit, but not quite the same.... I don't know really, like I said, I'm not one of the ones that has a problem with you.

If your post was supposed to be in jest, then fair enough, I just read it and felt like you were having a major go at me, the way that you said i had a mistake, then told me what that mistake was, and then how much it was and then the obvious "that leads to a mistake here as well". Well no sh*t lol See what I mean? And also, "Concerning your total..." come on eh.... You aren't even meant to do the scores, I;ve done them for a while, and I KNOW I have one more point, I already posted it and I don't need you to confirm it, it's John's job to confirm it as he posted the scores in the first place..... (Or a mod... someone who can change or remove the old post basically...)

You see that last bit in particualr, why it might come across as arrongant, if if you meant it in a funny way.....

Although, I reckon you probably only meant the first bit about making a mistake in a funny way....

That's where the Know it all bit comes in.... you just HAVE to comment on someone elses correction. If I had said "Julia should have one more point" you would STILL have said "well you made a mistake too blah blah blah..... and yes, Julia should have one more point" This bit in bold is what comes across badly, as why should you check it.... you can't change it and i've already pointed it.

Follow what I mean?

Sorry, didn;t mean to go on so much, but that's what got to me and probably gets to other people. Hope that was off some help.

You're right, i only meant the first bit as funny. The rest i added simply because you said you can't be bothered checking everyones scores, and i had bothered, so why not save everyone the trouble and say what mistakes i found?

Also, when has anyone ever said they dislike the way i post, and that i come across as arrogant? Someone (i think lorna, but i'm not sure) once mentioned that she thought me at first arrogant, but realised she was wrong - is that all you're basing what you say that some people find me arrogant on?

... About one point you're completely wrong. I'd never have said anything if i hadn't found another mistake, but since i had, i thought i might as well also confirm that john had made a mistake. I think thats very normal...

I've spoke to a few people on either MSN or im PM. You can't expect me to mention who though lol  Sorry.

And yeah, saying what mistake you found was fine but saying "Concerning your total, yes, you should have one more point" there is no need, because I already pointed this out.

It's all meant to be constructive in a way, and you did ask for my opinion so you got it. Don't take it to heart Smile

lmao

I;m not wrong, yeah ok, you might never have said anything, but we don't know for sure, I'll believe you anyway. However, the WAY you confirmed it was what comes across as big headed and know it all etc etc. I said this already.

I'm alright, don't worry! I just don't understand one thing - why did you think i was having a major go at you? What was there for me to have a major go at you about?
And in future, if anyone has any problems with the way i post, let me know, don't just discuss it with other people - if i have a problem, give me a chance to fix it!

That was the impression I got.

Neil stop complaning about the mistake, you made one yourself, blah blah blah." it was the WAY you said it. lol or probably more accurately the WAY I took it. ( I can Sympathise with this A LOT from this site lol  ) Like you said, despite the way i took your post, an addition of a lol PROBABLY would have made all the difference.
