With the two Murray brothers as the only players securely in the Davis Cup team for their World Group match against Argentina in February, Andy has joined in on the speculation of who those other two guys will be. His money for the fourth spot is securely on doubles specialist James Auckland.

James is by far the second best doubles player in terms of results and rankings. The fourth spot behind me, Jamie and Alex Bogdanovic is kind of up for grabs and it all depends on whether John Lloyd decides to opt for a doubles player.
However, Andy has also hinted that a couple of other guys deserve the shot to step in and give him that day off.

You've also got Ross Hutchins in the world's top 100 at present and I guess it's down to John Lloyd to make his decision - it's going to be a tough call.
Whoever Lloyd decides to call, this team has a tough journey ahead of them. With only Andy in the top 100 in singles the team will face tough competition in players such as Chela, Canas and an on form Nalbandian.

But Nalbandian is dangerous. Back to back masters?! If he keeps his form GB's in trouble. Andy can beat Chela and Canas and up till last month I would have said Nalbandian too but if something doesn't happen to his form between now and then we're in serious trouble! And Lloyd had better be careful with who he plays in that doubles match. It's crucial!
