Murray free from no-nookie ban « on: July 01, 2007, 11:23:09 AM »

Andy Murray has revealed that Brad has never enforced a no-nookie ban on him before important matches. Footballers are often banned from having sex with their partners before a match to help preserve energy.

Andre Agassi used to say it gave him energy so no, my coach hasn’t banned me – yet.
In the exclusive interview for 'Celebs on Sunday', Murray also spilled the beans on his most embarrassing moment, that being his infamous vomiting at the US Open in 2005.

It was at the US Open in 2005. I was walking to change sides and I’d just had a drink. I felt myself burp and thought well, that’s OK, but then I felt another one coming and I was actually sick all over the court. They cleared it up, but when I had another drink I promptly did the same again. It was red – lovely.

Nice edit, Marko Very Happy

When was the last time you cried?

AM: In San José when my older brother won a doubles tournament. He’d had a lot of problems with tennis and quit playing for a little while. It was awful knowing he was unhappy, so to see him playing again and winning was brilliant. I cried with pride.

Awww. Love the fact that they've over edited it to make it readable Smile

Tell us a secret about yourself…

AM: When I’m frustrated that I’m not doing well in a tournament I cut my own hair, just lop it all off. I’ve probably made a right mess of it, but luckily I wear a cap when I play.

Well that's just bizarre...

I've obviously missed seeing that then Eyebrow raise.

Perhaps there should be a poll then - ban or not to ban, that is the question.

My only problem is, it's very highly edited, doesn't (in my opinion) sound like Andy at all.

And a portion of strawberries?

I know this! Strawberries and cream is £4.50, which is unbelievable as it’s a tiny bowl with very few strawberries. Correct.

Erm ... no!  Its £2 and you get about 8-10 strawberries.

It's still a rip off. Some of the food is ok, but it;s way too expensive for other things.... £6 for a pimms? HA!

At least it's not as bad as Wembley.
