Murray to lead GB in Argentina

Andy Murray
has been named
in the four-man Davis Cup squad for February's tie against Argentina.
The event, to be played on clay, will also see Jamie Murray, Jamie Baker and Alex Bogdanovic taking up their country's colours, in Great Britain's first elite World Group match since qualifying against Croatia last September.
The tie, set to be one of Britain's toughest draws of recent years, will see Andy Murray return to action after his disappointingly early first-round ejection from the Australian Open in Melbourne. The two countries haven't met since 1989, where Argentina emerged 3-2 winners. Such a close score this time around might be an unachieveable goal for the Brits, given the potential depth of the Argentinan team, who have no less than 11 players in the top 100.
Lloyd Interview
In other news:
Andy Murray has been named
as an Olympic Athlete of the Year for 2007 by the British Olympic Association. The award reflects his dedication to and achievements in tennis.

I don't understand what the Olympic award is all about... wouldn't it make more sense to give him that award on the year he plays in the Olympics
Are they saying he was the most dedicated player of 2007 in the world?

I never thought it was only one award but Murray winning the Tennis category is extremely surprising.

It doesn't mean he;s not going. Just that he's the best Tennis player according to the BOA. Which is obvious but still...
