Looks like it'll be at around 3pm local time, which is 10pm GMT.
Andy should win this, although Tommy's been coming back into form this tourney. They've both had late 3-setters the night before, but that should benefit Andy since Tommy's just coming back from injury.

And yes, its 1-0 to Andy. The one match they've played was actually one round later in this tourney last year. It was an extremely tight match, which Andy won on a third set tie-breaker.
