You thought Andy Murray pulled out of Wimbledon this year, didn't you? Well, not in the mind of the Chief Sportswriter at The Herald.

The fascinating article, that often takes a nasty punch at Jamie, covers Andy's virtual success at Wimbledon this year.

Hit some balls at Roehampton. Wrist feels fine. The real test will come in match play but I am going to give it a belt. If it all goes belly up, I'll just retire from the tournament. This will give the press the chance to say some nice things about me. Not.

So much rain you would think it was the Dunblane Highland Show. The only injury I am in danger of getting is a bout of pneumonia. We are on and off the court so fast you would think we were Jamie after some girl.

If at first you don't succeed, you fail.

Frown I've had a sense of humour bypass.

Didn't think it was very funny actually. More excited about the fact that it's actually plausable!

You'd need a sense of humor bypass not to find it funny. Its satire at its best in my opinion - from someone who actually knows and cares about tennis and the murray's careers.

The Herald is usually supportive of the Murrays. It's just a it of amusing satire very tongue in cheek.
