He is fourth match on but not before half 5.  Not sure if that is English or Belgian time or are they the same.

He's scheduled in the same time spot: after 17.30 (18.30 our time) for Thursday's match against Carraz.

looks like Andy will be on court sooner than first thought, infact might be 4pm our time if they dont go with the schedule they originally penned, as the doubles match before Murray has already got the first set done and dusted (no luck for Palmer, lost 2-6). And now lost 2-6 4-6 so andy will be on next but when is another matter.

If they say in the Schedules "not before 17.30" surely they are legally obliged to stick to said timetable?
