Neil,

For what it is worth I sympathise with you on this one.

If Mark posted a picture of your hoop (no matter how obtained the photo) without your permission it is bang out of order.

As the moderator / site owner he should have acted in a more responsible manner.

I tried.

Just try not to talk to me like you said. It'll help out a lot.

Oh give it up already, you didn't try anything. What you should have done, was nothing. Fact.

If anything it makes me a bad person, not a bad moderator.

I obied by the rules but did something that some would consider as wrong. I did not steal his photos from his camera, instead it was sent to me in a PM where it was hosted for public access on Facebook's server.

The only thing you could say was irresponsible of me as a moderator is that I upset another member but we're all human and we all get people upset now and again and I didn't break any rules in doing so.

And for the record, I'm sorry for upsetting you Neil but unfortunately there is a part of me that doesn't regret my actions, I thought it was very entertaining and knew it was for others here as well.

You've been an arse to plenty of people here so if this is going to happen to anyone it might as well be you lol

Fair point  lol And of course it was entertaining, it was a laugh at someone else's expense. Always funny. But in my opinion, breaching my privacy hence why I wanted it removed. That's all really, quite simple. Although my argument was over copyright and such stuff, it was more along the lines of it being a provocative photo.

I wasn't upset, more disappointed..... no

(I've been told that's worse to hear - it's like your mum giving up on you lol )

Actually if you're just disappointed then my conscience has a lot less to worry about and therefore I regret my actions less Very Happy

Taxes?  No, you sometimes get taxes refunded.  Mum's never forget, and will always bring up any disappointments at a given opportunity - they are women afterall! Whistle
