Yes, it's tempting to do it deliberately every where possible just so they have to waste time pointing out the mistakes. I do worry that they get some sort of enjoyment of pointing out the mistakes everyone sees [apart from the poster who doesn't check their post], so maybe it would backfire on us!

Maybe. Plus I'd probably get bored having to re-read through my posts looking for possible mistakes to change. I've got better things to do with my time

And you don't have to do it deliberately everywhere possible, it's already happening on its own.
