David I can't believe you were around when there was no Sue Barker at Wimbledon, wow old  and I really can't stand the thought of having a Wimbledon without her in the future but unfortunatly that day will probably come in my life time Crying or Very sad

 roflmao  I spent hours sewing lace on to my tennis knickers as they were on show! No long dresses in my day old man!!!!  lol  lol

I even miss Harry Carpenter, who used to introduce Wimbledon. Who remembers him? More famous for boxing of course.

Yes my mum remembers Harry.  We like Sue but  think John Inverdale is good as well on the Today at Wimbledon programme on BBC.
