Who cares about health? I cant do half the stuff I do if I slept during the night.
Watching sports and talking to you people two of them. hug

But at the risk of your health? Seriously.... it's not good, you'll get soo over-tired that you won't be able to do everything to the best of your ability!

I have problems sleeping - i rarely get more than 5 hours sleep - but i don't deliberately stay up all the time - it just messes everything up.  Think

I practice "split sleeping".

Thats my own term by the way. I get an hour or two of sleep whenever I feel tired. I sleep three or four times like this everyday.

But don't you have parents on your case for not sleeping properly?  Think

My father usually stays elsewhere as he has a job that requires a lot of travel. My mom does not mind it actually.

going backwards in time zones is really easy. all you have to do is stay up until like 10 o'clock one night and then VOILA the next day you wake up at 9 and you're perfectly set.
