Diet Pepsi... I've got to stop having it now.
Apparently it makes you fat because your body expects a calorie boost when it taste sweetness and when it doesn't get it, you can end up overeating. Also, your metabolism might be screwing up because it usually goes up a gear at the anticipation of sugary food/drink but that might stop happening the more you fail to give your body the calories it is expecting with the association to sweetness.

I know someone that drinks 4 cans a day, does very little exercise and he's very skinny, different in other people though I guess.
