Alex reached the final in Spain and will go straight into the top 1000.  w00t yay

Almost bettering that is Ken Skupski, who won his first Futures title in Heraklio, Crete.  yay clap

Yay I love Ken!  I think hes playing at the Liverpool tourny but I haven't double checked.  Hes played the last few years there anyway.

Unfortunately he lost the final. He's playing again in this week's Spanish Future. He plays the guy he beat in a third set TB in last weeks semi.

He's been winning quite a few matches in the Spanish Futures 128 qualie draws without actually qualifying, so it's good he gets some sort of reward for all the good results he's been having.  Also JB won't be Brit number 2 for much longer as he and Boggo are now level on points, and I think he will still be out for another couple of months or so.
