The Surbiton Trophy 2008
« on: June 02, 2008, 12:04:04 PM »
First grass tournament of the season
Plenty of Brits in action.
Woman's Draw
Keothavong is 4th seed
O'Brien is 8th seed
Elliot, Stoop, Fitzpatrick and Cavaday are all Wild Cards
South and Baltacha made direct entry
Broady qualified for made draw
Men's Draw
Men's Qualifying Draw
Baghdatis and Clement are playing!!
Must be getting some practice in.
And our three Brits are all wild cards and they are Slabinsky, Goodall and Boggo.
Althought there are still some results to come in on the qualifying.

Yeah, I think its because no other ATP grass tournament has started yet and they made early exits from Roland Garros. At least the spectators at Surbition will see some big names

Not good. Down a set and a break.
Defending lots of points here as well.
Cavaday lost in the woman's draw.

It's raining, but they are going to play the rest of the Qualies at Roehampton where they play Wimbledon qualies.
