Yep. And Verdasco wasn't having troubles with his back, unlike Tim.
Yea well i say a 6-4 6-2 6-2 defeat in the US Open is more impressive.

But he was defeated in Spain.
JMDP defeated him in Spain too.

How many times has Henman been beaten in GB
Also, Verdasco is 9 years his junior, he has plenty more time left
Au revoir Henman, time to hang up the racquet

You and Julia are really eager to see him retire.
But he just gets better.

I won't compare Henman to Lopez or others, but I really hope he continues to contribute to tennis.

Nando had a good Wimbly this year actually
He got to round 16, taking out Spadea, Becker and Nalbandian on the way

Not likely at all.
Too many candidates ahead of him - Andy, Safin, JMDP, Berdych, Djokovic, Hewitt, Gasquet...... loads of others.

We will have to wait and see, won't we?
And even if he doesn't straightaway, he can always do it after Andy, Safin, ...

But then you will have Cilic, Eysseric, Elias, Kukhalashvili, Nishikori, Buchanan, Tomic, Boluda and loads of other players.
World class talents aren't exactly rare.
It's not about how good you are, it's all about how you compare with others. I'd be really shocked if Verdasco manages to crack the top ten.
