But then you will have Cilic, Eysseric, Elias, Kukhalashvili, Nishikori, Buchanan, Tomic, Boluda and loads of other players.
World class talents aren't exactly rare.
It's not about how good you are, it's all about how you compare with others. I'd be really shocked if Verdasco manages to crack the top ten.
Well, I don't care if he cracks the top ten, but he might do it. It must mean something I have never heard of Boluda and that I have seen Verdasco play several times.

I'm being serious.
But I just think he's a huge talent even if I don't like him.

I'm not into Mediterranean types, except for Juan Monaco of course.

Yeah, it means something : you don't follow 14 and under tennis.
Nadal's uncle thinks that he is better than what Nadal was at his age, so he can't really be bad.

I don't follow it, but how can they possibly get to the top 10 before Verdasco does?

Because they are improving faster than he is.
Cilic could thump Verdasco on clay if they play next year. Winning Roland Garros juniors without being seeded and with wins over people like Andy Murray isn't bad.
