I find about £1,200 per month is enough for me and the missus to travel, assuming the house is rented out. So if we can save at least £1,200 per month then we can take 50% of our time off travelling (£2,000 per month if we don't rent the house out). Smile

For nightshift, it was pretty good rates for an unskilled student ...

Travels take me everywhere. My current lil' avatar pic is Easter Island last May (the most isolated settlement on the planet), for example.
Though that leg of the trip (Singapore-Tahiti-Easter Island-Chile) was much more expensive than the average Frown.
Made up for it with four months in India, though, which was cheaper than average.

I'm checking out MW, and have also figured out how to play my ipod on son's xbox with surround sound cmon yeah dance so some really good music on at the moment - not quite full blast but will annoy the neighbours somewhat devil
