I actually remember my Dad bringing me a Hot Toddie when I had the flu as a child during a visit to Butlins in Ayr. It was whisky and sugar based and sweated it right out of me  I would have been no more than four years of age, so it was like a wee Scottish Calpol It probably helped make me the man I am today  Now I think off it was probably not the flu just my body reacting to such a sh*te holiday. If you forced a child to spend a week there now they would probably do you with child abuse. Spoiled fückers  |
