What time do you wake up?
« on: December 10, 2006, 06:26:31 AM »
A new servey has stated that if you wake up early around 6am-930am you are happier than people who wake up between 10am- after.
Well.........then I must not be happy. I go to bed so late and wake up so late I could go to American and not have to worry about jet lag at all.

I get up at 20 to ten in the weekends. If I don't set my alarm, I'll sleep till 1.

I wake up between 6 and 8 every morning, depending at what time I went to bed the night before (for example, I can work on my uni stuff until 2 in the morning and then wake up at 8). But most of the time, I go to bed at 1 and wake up at 7:30 (also depending at what time I have classes at uni). That's for the week.
On Saturdays, I go to work at 11 so I wake up at 9:30. And I definitely sleep late on Sundays (I wake up at 12) because I always go to bed very late
.

Wake up at 7.30 on weekdays and around 11AM on weekends, and I would like to think I'm a positive person.

I just got up a few moments ago, certainly explains a few things
I do actually feel happier when I get up at around that time so I believe this survey is correct and I plan to sort out my routine soon anyway.
