Can I just point out that if Dana was adopting the coloquial spelling for the word 'stirring' in doric she would be perfectly correct to write 'steering'.

And also I really like the toffe options one. It's really good. And the hazelnut one. Although I really like whittards white chocolate.

Not sure why I didn't notice this before but unfortunately the fourth ingredient for the Aero hot chocolate is Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.

So I may have to give up drinking it for the sake of my long term health. Frown

Is it the oil part or the fact that it's Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil? Because oil's in anything you cook really, so if that's the reason, you can start eating everything raw from now on.

No, it's just because it's that particular type of oil which is quite bad for you. It's being removed from many products in the UK due to public awareness but some still have it Frown

The hydrogenation process changes the nature of some of the fats into a form that is not easily recognised by the body (trans fatty acids). We just do not know the long term effect of our constant exposure to these fats, although evidence is beginning to appear linking them to many degenerative diseases.

You'll find certain foods are more likely to have it than others so you don't always have to check. I usually only check the back to see the number of calories.
