About 12am ish.

What did you have to do to unlock the boxing?  I've only just unlocked the Standing Knee Yoga pose and Super Hula Hoop!

So what were your stats Marky boy?

I think you unlock new exercises purely from time being spent on the game. However, unlocking advanced versions of existing exercises come from getting good ratings. I'll get my stats now...

BMI 23.07

I'm steadily losing weight even though in the last two days I've consumed two tubs of Ben and Jerrys which is certainly not normal behaviour for me. However, I have stopped eating late and obviously been doing a few of the Wii Fit exercises.

Yeah, I just wondered how long you need to be on it for the Boxing to be unlocked. I've only done about an hour!

I'm beginning to think this Wii thing might be a good idea, it sounds fun.

I don't think Wii Fit has a big enough replayability factor to get you fit based on it's in game exercises alone but the monitoring capabilities of it makes me feel it's worth the money.

I get all that monitoring stuff at my gym. Plus I think cause someone else is keeping an eye on it for me it motivates you more. So not quite worth it for me I don't think.

Can you buy add ons for it though to vary the fitness routines?  I would imagine even if you can't at the moment this will be introduced at some point.

See while I agree with Lorna generally, I don't actually like going to the gym. So the idea of trying out the WiiFit in my home appeals..... although I'd still rather go out and play tennis or squash.....

They do plan to release downloadable updates to the game but I don't know if that means more exercises.

I just find it so fun to monitor my BMI every day and see how I'm progressing to my goals by looking at the graphs.
