I need to get fit again, I injured myself awhile again and had to give up the gym, the only thing that is putting me off going back is that I've put on a few pounds and am now completely out of shape, I don't want to go back and hear people saying "god she used to be really fit, hasn't she let herself go", I want to get fit before I go back, which doesn't make sense I know.

Will people remember you at the gym though? I know at my gym people come and go and I don't remember a single face.

They'd remember, we did exercises classes together too, I was seeing some of these people 5 or 6 times a week.

I think my gym is too big then. I'm sure they won't think that though, I'm sure your fitness is still relatively high, and after a few hard weeks you can get back to your old self and not worry about those people.

Yeah, at my gym we get a meeting after every 6 weeks with one of the trainers who will monitor our progress and adjust our exercise programme if need be. This can be from changing the toning exercises you do to the weight you lift to an extended warm-up/cool-down and increased cardio. Every programme you get only lasts an hour though.

I hate gyms!!! Hence why I have a multigym and running machine, and cycling machine in my house. I've also got some weights, a stupid ab cruncher, a hula hoop, and a big inflatable ball thing. But I've really enjoyed the Wiifit so far. I've not unlocked everything so I'm not bored yet. Hopefully they will realease extra exercises and games for the board. It would be silly not to, considering how much money the game is generating.

Your absolutely right, generally no one will remember you. However, if guy regularly saw you there and thought you were hot then it's a different story.

I probably need to use mine more as well. Just now I sometimes use it to sit on and watch TV.

There's only one way I look hot at the gym, and that's when I get a red face. Completely different story.

Yeah, we never use it either, and it takes up so much space. And of course the pole is great for exercise. Combine all that with the occasional football and tennis sessions, and its all good.
