I hate the bubble one, but love the balls one. I'm really good at it! And the music reminds me of 'You Bet'

I haven't really taken this seriously since buying it, my diet has actually got really bad so I'm actually going to try.

My workout will consist of Press Up > Jog (long distance) > Rhythm Boxing (10min) and I will do that a few times a week, eat properly and see how it goes Smile

I'm starting to think that the dramatic fluxuations in my weight were actually to do with where the board was being placed. Since then I have placed it on a more stable part of the floor and my weight has been normal.

And for those worried it's super sensitive, it's not - we just have dreadful floors in our flat.

I weighed myself on electric scales in the living room and was 2 stone lighter than weighing myself in the kitchen, I would have liked the living room scales to be right but alas it was the 2 stone heavier weight.  Crying or Very sad

I know, the living room is carpeted so that must throw them off, I was so ecstatic though thinking I'd lost all that weight, until I realised I couldn't possibly be that thin.

Unlocked the last balance game... it's pretty lame. You have to sit on the Wii Board and there is a candle in a dark room in front of you. The mission is to keep very still for as long as possible.

you get to jog the islan lap with a time limit rather than a distance goal. Also you have no guide. My best is 2768 metres.
