Beat my Dad's ski jumping records today. jumped a 185 followed by a 181. 366, not too shabby. Also got 345 spins on the hula hoop. It's great fun! Do that for long enough you will get some aerobic exercise. Ski jump's all in the toes though.
Oh, and my wii fit age is the same as my age, so that's gotta be pretty good...

My record is 357, but in one jump i did 193. Just cant do 2 together. My hula hoop record is 316. I've got great practice at that one!
I cannot do that bubble one. My favourite is the balls through the holes!

The balls are soooooooo frustrating. I knew before I even tried it that I would detest the game.
The buble is pretty annoying as well - really tenses you up.

I hate the bubble one, but love the balls one. I'm really good at it! And the music reminds me of 'You Bet'

I haven't really taken this seriously since buying it, my diet has actually got really bad so I'm actually going to try.
My workout will consist of Press Up > Jog (long distance) > Rhythm Boxing (10min) and I will do that a few times a week, eat properly and see how it goes

I'm starting to think that the dramatic fluxuations in my weight were actually to do with where the board was being placed. Since then I have placed it on a more stable part of the floor and my weight has been normal.
