I've been all around the game shops today! Not a WiiFit in site. Although I've been promised one tomorrow, so fingers crossed!

Been in pain today when walking as the balance games on Wii Fit have really worked out my calves. You don't even realise it's straining you as you are concentrating on the game so much.

Unlocked the boxing today, that's my new favourite aerobic exercise now
It's ashame about the accent of the boxing instructor though - it sounds like the guy's trying to force a cockney accent.

Good good!
After playing it for a few days, I believe this will end up being used just for it's daily body test, settings goals and checking progress rather as a method of directly losing weight. That's the main asset of this product - it's a fantastic motivational and monitoring tool.

Although for obese people this can directly lose them a lot of weight I think.

How does the jogging work, do you jog on the spot or something else? Also Andrew had a good idea about you keeping a diary, you do all the hardwork trying it out etc. and then if you do lose a stone in a month I might buy one too.

You put the Wiimote in your pocket and then jog on the spot with your trainer or with another player.
What Andrew are you talking about? It keeps a diary for you and shows you your progress using graphs.

Just 1kg? EASY!
What's your Wii age? And how is your posture? When I started, even though I tried to stand properly, I slanted a hell of a lot to one side, now I'm almost perfectly center.

My wii age was pretty poor. I didnt concentrate on that balance thing the first time. My balance is quite good. I think it was 48% 52%. But I've been to a back specialist about my spine and I've recently been wearing insoles to fix my balance. So I knew my balance would be good. Apparently before it was really bad. (All down to a motorbike accident I had 9 years ago)
Yeah only 1KG, because she has a good weight anyway and dosent really want to lose weight, just tone up!

I'm really sore today! Was doing too much yoga last night. And when I turned it on, it told me it was too late and to get to bed!
