Andy at the 2016 WTF

Having clinched the number one ranking at the Paris Masters, Andy will be the top seed at the ATP World Tour Finals which gets underway on Sunday 13th November at the O2 in north Greenwich.

Who holds the year end number one ranking will be decided at a venue which has proved tricky for Andy - who will lead the John McEnroe group - and almost like a second home for world number two Novak Djokovic - who will be the top seed in the Ivan Lendl group.

The draw will be conducted at 3pm on Monday 7th November.

The full field is made up of:

Andy Murray
Novak Djokovic
Stan Wawrinka
Milos Raonic
Kei Nishikori
Gael Monfils
Marin Cilic
Dominic Thiem

Milos Raonic is believed to be doubtful of being ready to compete after a thigh tear and therefore first alternate Tomas Berdych might be called upon to make up the final eight.

Andy's older brother Jamie - who reached the number one ranking in the doubles at Miami earlier this season - is the second seed in the doubles field with partner Bruno Soares. They have won both the hard court slams this season and reached Masters finals in Monte Carlo and Toronto.

Djokovic has won the last four titles at the WTF, while Andy has yet to reach the final Sunday of the tournament. Another week, another challenge.

Cripes, surprised that the draw is tomorrow, I assumed it would be more like Thursday/Friday!

Hoping for a group made up of Andy, Raonic (if he plays), Monfils and Thiem.

I don't understand why they have to do the draw so early though.  I'd have thought probably Thursday.

Yep...that's the Group we want.  I know Andy can beat anyone but don't really want Cilic and Nishikori
