It is raining in Washington and there is Thunder.  Looks like only the Bencic match was completed.  The weather says severe thunderstorms in the afternoon, then rain tomorrow as well.  Soooo not sure if Andy will get to play. 
What I keep saying is they should just start the matches much earlier in the morning. Clearly the start time is designed to maximize the crowds, but it's completely self-destructive in the face of a weather forecast like the one they've had this week. The mornings have generally been dry and the rain and thunder show up in the afternoon.
