I actually think Wade gate and Haas gate might have a positive effect.
he might think to himself f**k this I'll show them and a new level of determination will be born out of a sense of injustice and revenge  ranting

You might be right about the Olympics but a Gold medal i think could still be a moment.

Too many choices can confuse you, of course but we do have simpler talents other than Rafa but they don't seem to do it as well as him.

I believe what separates Rafa is his champion mentality - something Andy still lacks, unfortunately. It's not like Nole had it either until of course 2011. For all I know, Andy could have easily seen that transformation and could have easily been in Nole's shoes. He just has too many conflicts inside and he needs to sort them out and it’s something that can only be done through time. Things change though and sometimes, they change overnight.

lol The Wade gate definitely got to him at least a little, so yea, that should motivate him if nothing. As to Haas gate, I don't know but next time they meet, I believe it will very sweet...for us.

Have to say though, did not see that coming from Haas. What a prick. As to Wade, well, you can always blame Federer for that. lol I honestly think though that Federer is probably not good for tennis.

But i agree, the tentativeness, the fragility are part of the same problem & could be sourced backwards to a lack of confidence that he still feels at the highest level of his sport.
Fedal have not been a help in this matter and my goodness he really needs a slam to break his duck.
I would love to see Haas being Andy's 1st round opponent that would be legendary  snakeman

Hee Hee. In that case Andy should hobble onto the court on crutches with a huge plaster-cast on his leg. Then take it off just before the match starts and do a couple of dozen sprints and some backward somersaults as a warm-up.

Oh, I wouldn't want that. Haas seems extra motivated these days so better not face him in GS right now.

Maybe, maybe not but at this point I'd rather Andy doesn't go through any unnecessary obstacles like Haas. Andy can beat him of course and will beat him but Haas may make thing harder for him and we don’t need it right now.

What I am saying is that, Andy has much bigger thing to accomplish than to make a massacre out of Haas (lol) and he should not lose sight of things. Getting personal at this point wouldn’t be very wise. Other than the Wimbledon trophy, he should not have anything else on his mind.
