Dearest BigNose, does this mean Del Potro doesn't deserve his GS even though he beat both Nadal and Federer in order to win it and that was his first and only GS final thus far? Because he has yet to win a Masters title and that's despite his GS win back then. And he was ranked 5 at that time just like where Tsonga, Ferrer and Berdych are all right now - 5, 6 and 7.

Andy called up to Team GB's tennis squad - surprise inclusion.
Wow! That's a bolt out of the blue! I thought they were going for lower placed ranking players
NZ's top tennis player - Marina Erakovic - also confirmed yesterday. Apparently they kept her on tenderhooks over her selection

Draw is made tomorrow, folks. My loins are twitching, Wimbledon is just a few days away.
Murray will get someone in the 13-16 bracket for his R16 match, and 5-8 bracket for the QFs. I really think Cilic is the danger in the 13-16 bracket, he played well last week at Queens. Monaco is extremely poor on this surface. Lopez has the big leftie serve, and nice touch at the net, but Murray dismantled him here last year.
One of the top four is going to be drawn against Roddick for a potential R3 match. I actually hope it's Murray who gets him. Roast duck served to the Centre Court crowd, mmm.
One potentially dangerous unseeded player is David Nalbandian - but it's only the linejudges who need look out for him
.
Would that be David 'Bruce Banner' Nalbandian you're talking about
Draw at 10 am UK time and available to listen to live apparently.

I don't know what point you are trying to make here. Of course Del Potro deserved to win it. He beat the top players and was the best player. I just don't understand why you think the likes of Ferrer "deserves" a Slam. He'll deserve one if he wins one. If he could reach a Slam final that would be a start but even that won't happen.

Thanks for this Bev.
Neil Harman saying Wimbledon is the only one of the slams where the draw is done by hand, it will be slow, and no tweeting is allowed.
I wish the website used its space a bit better - too much background and not enough information on the pages. Lots of scrolling needed to see results.
Well done though to George Morgan and Lewis Burton, who qualified for the doubles main draw.

Missed a few minutes and important part! Well, what are the odds of that happening eh?

Ferrer - yes! Andy will stuff him on grass.
The Draw commentary is rubbish. The guy clearly understands nothing about how a Draw is structured

Actually not so sure about Ferrer now - read two conflicting accounts on twitter, one saying he's in Andy's quarter and the other in Djokovic's half!
