You all know I'm a supporter of Milos, and want him to do well at Wimbles considering his nasty fall and consequent hip surgery last year. But PLEASE.. ffs I don't want him to play against Andy here...

Not happy with the draw, too many boss-hitters who can seriously curtail Andy's opportunity to do his gorgeous thang on grass.
I dunno... I think I'm just going to go with the flow.. watch and enjoy each moment, and just wait and see what happens.

Raonic's one name I'd hoped not to be in Andy's quarter! So tough - one bad service game in a set and that could be the set over.
Davydenko's not the force he was, but still capable of great shotmaking and returning. Andy will come through I expect but may drop a set.

Delpo and Ferrer aren't great on grass, so I'd expect Andy to get through if he faced one of them.

Rafa, as always, will be the big obstacle. But if Andy wants to win a slam, then he's got to find a way to beat him. He's done it before, he has to be able to do it again.

Raonic is too hyped in my opinion. its like everyones trying to turn him into the next big thing by mass hypnosis. He's not fit to lick sampras's boots imo. Sure he's a threat but over a 5 setter that threat is considerably diminished.

Hope you're right - if Andy's ROS is firing then he should be ok. Best of five format definitely favours Andy.

Agree with you on the hype about Milos.. long way to go. But he is imho a dangerous person to meet and it makes me nervous.

At least Andy has already played him, so knows what to expect.

My thanks too - an interesting perspective particularly on that forehand.  But tcbm nothing will shut the doubters up.  Even if Andy wins a slam they'll then start doubting he can win another one.

I have a meeting from 9am to 10:30, so I’ll have to run but I’ll say before I go that Andy’s 4th round match vs either Cilic or Raonic looks rather tricky, but it may not even get to that point for all I can say. From Qtr final on, it is supposed to get harder but still, I don’t feel either Ferrer or Del Potro is as challenging as Berdych or Tsogna. Nadal is another matter but why go that far.
