Oh sorry it's closed now! But Tim was voted the most boring and I would have agreed with that vote .......

Apparently this should work for those outside the UK.
https://indavideo.hu/video/Andy_Murray_interview_BBC_2018-07-10
For those in the UK there is BBC iPlayer.
Gave up trying to find it on iPlayer so went for that link instead. Find it a little hard to believe that Andy actually thought that some of Novak's behaviour in the match against Kyle was in any way acceptable. Getting fired up is one thing but sneering and sticking your tongue out at the crowd is quite another!

To be fair, Tim didn't really get much of a chance to say anything, so difficult to tell.

Thank you so much Aileen for the link of Tim and Andy, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Andy can be so funny, but also so thorough when he is talking about other players. I've always thought Tim Henman was a fine looking fellow and he seems to be aging quite well. I watched so many matches of him, just an excellent serve and volleyer, he just had problems closing out matches.
Andy's remarks about Novak, perhaps he was thinking of what he's had to do to get himself fired up. I hate all the stuff that Novak does, beating on his chest when he wins like he is mighty Tarzan. And well sticking out his tongue to the crowd was just not acceptable, not a class thing to do.

The crowd was cheering Novak's double faults and, if you must bring class into it, that is an incredibly classless thing to do. BTW unless you are talking the economic distribution of jobs/income then whether something is "classy" or not, is an entirely subjective point of view.

I'm not surprised Andy was a bit supportive of Novak. I thought the crowd were dreadful in the part of the match I saw. In any case I seem to remember Andy gesturing to a French crowd some years ago and it wasn't a somewhat childish sticking out his tongue. It was more adult than that.

How super to hear Andy’s voice, commentating with Tim on the Rafa/del. Potro game. In case anyone didn’t see his article it seems he will play in Washington at the end of July.

what a complete nonsense that probably djokovic will win a fourth wimbledon or nadal a third when murray has just two. he really would have been a strong favourite this year and last if not for injury.

Maybe, but Andy was a lot younger then. Novak is 31 now so should know to behave better. As far as I'm concerned Novak deserved what he got with all his madman theatricals and openly sneering at the crowd because he was deliberately winding them up in the worst possible way instead of doing the sensible thing and trying to ignore them as much as possible.
