The Amazon Prime advert is now on You Tube

It has been on ITV over the weekend too.
That's good to know.  I've watched the video several tines.  Absolutely love the dog, and Andy isn't bad either!  Wink

I wasn’t sure where to post this.  Lendl’s comments about coaching Andy.

Refreshing honesty from Lendl, although I think most of us realised that Andy was already touching the top of the ladder when he took him on board, just that he needed a 'little nudge' as Lendl says to finally get him there.

Fair play on Lendl, always an honest comment from him.

Great video for Amazon Prime by Andy, there is also another one that I just saw on Friday with Andy.

Not only is he very open about it but he seems quite happy about it as well because the main thing for him (and us) is that he's free of pain and so can enjoy his tennis.

I've posted an article on that thread about how Andy hopes to be fit enough by the beginning of next year to take on Federer, Nadal, etc.

The US Open are about to livestream Andy’s US Open 2012 title win on Periscope

https://www.pscp.tv/w/cVeLAzc0MzY1fDFZcEtrUW1yZW5BSmr6cmS1noIZ11iQbUpvjbCU6JvQ6kNEB8caxDWKXVP2cw==

Observations so far:

Novak’s serve was really pretty rubbish in this match.

The famous 54 shot rally wasn’t impressive - it was like a boring practice drill, backwards and forwards endlessly. Yawn.

Andy landed a lot of first serves in this first set. They were consistent but not firebombs. Those serves wouldn’t have helped him against 2014-2016 Novak.

Andy has so far shouted at his box, the umpire and slapped his racquet. But of course he never behaved like that when you-know-who was in his box...

There’s a lot of play just up the middle of the court.

Will either of these guys ever hit a decent smash?!

@ATL - I tried that link just now and all I got was "Broadcast not found" - followed by live broadcasts from the White House.

I don't really remember all that much about that final apart from the last set, but the comments are interesting nevertheless.

Thanks got it now, at 7-7 in the first set TB.

Strange how young Andy looks yet Novak doesn't really look all that much different to how he looks now.  Also I'd forgotten just how windy it was.

3-0 Andy in the second and I'm yelling at him to 'get up the court!' lol   I guess old habits die hard.

... And as Novak makes it 4-5 "Why is he allowing Djokovic back into this match?"

Fortunately Andy managed to break at 6-5 to take the set - and then allowed Novak back in!

Have to stop watching now and go to bed particularly as the video keeps sticking, although it could be the fault of my laptop and not the video.

That was amazing. I don't care if Djokovic wasn't at his best. It was THE BOMB.

Didn’t manage to get beyond a set and a half before needing to go to sleep, but the match still seems to be up - so anyone who wants to watch follow the Twitter link above and click on the link in that Tweet to get to the Periscope stream of the match.

I never saw sets 3-5 because I was watching at someone else’s house on their Sky and they kept nodding off so I felt I couldn’t stay beyond the second set TB.

Off to watch the rest now!
