woohoo Joachim Johannsen is playing this one!!!! yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!! come on back boy!!!!

Yep, Pim Pim is fit again. yay

No idea if you know it, but he played in a Futures two weeks ago. roflmao   He wanted some match practice and it went pretty well. Smile  I don't think that I need to mention the fact that he won a title, but what made me really happy was that for the first time since last July, he played more than one match without having to visit the hospital after playing. woohoo
It was really sad. How many times do you see a world number 14 playing in a Futures within four events after suffering an injury? Frown

He has received a wild card for Stockholm (obviously).

I feel really bad for him. His career was slowly on the up,he had reached the USO semis after defeating Roddick in the quarters, won two titles in 2005 and cracked the top 10 and looked like a top five player in the making. But then he got injured, got injured during his comeback match and again got injured during his second comeback. Frown
I don't know if he is going to reach the same heights once more, but we can only hope.

Pathetic news. Crying or Very sad

Joachim Johansson was playing another Futures for getting some practice. He gave a walkover to his semis opponent. Frown

I don't think that Fed will play here. Stepanek's participation is also highly unlikely. And something tells me that Nadal won't be here either.

Andy should get a seeding. Smile

Fed said on his blog that he had Madrid then He was playing at home then on the Paris and Shanghai. So I think he plans to play...

Yeah, but he always says that. The same goes for Nadal. He may suffer burnout if he plays in Paris.

I think both Federer and Nadal will play. They are both super competitive and I don't think they'll want to miss the last MS of the year.

Hope I'm right anyway. It's always a bit of a let down if they don't play.

I'm always glad if they don't play. Will let someone else play the final for once. Rolling Eyes

Yeah I kind of agree about that, but to not have the two best players in the world at a MASTERS event doesn't seem right.

I think they'll both want to play becaues Fed missed it last year through injury and Nadal won it last year.

Is what I said right?
