I agree. Suddenly he heard my tactical advice and put in some effort to stop Federer being in charge by playing longer down the court. I know that he did not hear but it is encouraging that he has changed his play and was immediately rewarded with two breaks this set.
Having got the advantage he seems to have let Federer back in. I think that perhaps Andy needs to look at heavier hitting to end points quicker. He tried a few but at totally the wrong time and they were wild. So many chances have gone in the last two games in rallies which he should have won.
If he can get this set I still believe he will win. Just needs to take control. Remembering back perhaps he needs to remove the cap? Hardly needed after sunset? Andy at times looks really rattled. That will not help. Now that they are level again perhaps Roger will ease off and Andy will benefit? Perhaps not as he has lost four games in a row. All uphill from here. This will test him.
Set is not done yet.....

Winning his serve at 4-5 achieved is a start though? A close point each on the line keeps it competitive but he now is fighting for a tie break chance! So hard to watch.
