The biggest tournament in the build up to the US Open. Andy gave a great performance last time, winning against Dent in straight sets and losing to a surly Marat Safin in three sets after injuring himself. Frown

I think Andy could potentially be seeded for this.

A simple way to ensure that would be kidnapping quite a few players.
(Don't worry Cate, I'll send Nadal to you after I have dealt with him.)

But I dont have the funds. Frown

Andy will have to play out of his skin to get a seeding here. He has my backing though. Smile

Rafa will never be kidnapped by you, Arka!  Whistle

He should be mid-30s which means that there would only have to be a couple of players dropping out in order for him to be seeded, which happens quite frequently, especially with the US Open soon afterwards players will be wanting to be fit for that.

Cincinnati has sixteen seeds. Smile

Oh. I should've checked that. He doesn't stand a chance then. I'm not sure if it's even arithmetically possible for him to be seeded.

Oh. I should've checked that.

Always remember this:

If the number of players is a 2^n number, divide it by 4 and you get the number of seeds.
If the number of players is not a 2^n number, divide the next 2^n number by 4 and you get the number of seeds. Smile

Second time I am telling this to you.
