As someone who frequently screws up their sleeping pattern I recommend you do not stay up. If you go to bed fairly early (before 12) and wake up at 3am you should wake up fairly easily and have a more alert day than if you were to stay up then go to bed. Of course you may require a powernap at some point in the day.
Always try and stick with your internal body clock and going to bed at around or before 12 is doing exactly that.

how can anyone hope for roddick to win... his game is so stagnant..its the same thing over and over again!! theres basically three things that roddick does when he plays:
1) ace
2) tries to serve and volley like tim but bricks the volley
3) misses a groundstroke
andy is the man of the new era... cheer on for the new generation if not the underdog

no problem. hope i have read it right! i am hopefully going to play tennis tomorrow afternoon although as it is forecast to rain all day it doent look promising. so hopefully it will be on at 11 sounds a very good time  |
