3 grand slams finals v
Murray 3 won,
Won the last 3 matches including and this very venue not to mention he is the attacking player Murray more a counter puncher as Roger once said he decides who wins a match with him and Murray, Murray does not decide.
Yep, that sounds like "Roger".

People are allowed to be honest. No one is obligated to predict a Murray win.

I happen to think Federer will win in 4 sets. I hope that's OK with you?

Well this thread is interesting... extremes of each end of the spectrum. The very positive vs the positive police.

Hey, the positive police, you're hypocrites. Let people be as positive as they want otherwise you're as bad as the picture you paint of them, which isn't bad anyway.

No one is saying you can't be positive.

It was MM who decided to have a go because Veronica predicted a Federer win.

Hey, how about actually addressing the person who started this silly argument? Just a thought.

We all want it for him, Mark.  I think that's the main thing.

I like to prepare myself for disappointment just in case. If I get my hopes up, my mood would be ruined for about a day.

Well, that's your problem - not Andy's.

Murray in four I say!

He's right to point out that Federer hasn't won the gold in singles before. I think it's just an acknowledgement of the truth to essentially say this is new ground for Federer as much as it is for himself. I love the honesty and maturity of that.

I said it during Wimbles and I will say it again, something different is going on with Andy. Something is clicking. Look at today for example. He won in straights, and he held serve, but it took real strength of character to deal with that match. Djokovic didn't play a bad match, didn't give it away. Andy took it. He was controlled and proactive, taking the match to Djokovic, lifting his game when he needed to. If he can do the same in the final he has a great chance. He knows it won't be easy, we know it too, but I believe that if he  puts himself in the right position, as he did today, he has a wonderful opportunity.

It definitely is MurrayTime.
