Holy cow, I JUST saw the result—I'm visiting friends, they took me to the beach and I had to keep checking the results on my phone! YAYYYY!

They did indeed! Incredible fight back from 9-4 down.
No wonder they were jumping around on the court like a pair of excited kids. Win or lose the next match, this one will live long in the memory.

Don't know yet, and nor do we know who their opponents are because their match was postponed from yesterday, but it'll be either France's Fils/Humbert or Belgium's Gille/Vliegen.

I didn't know because I couldn't get to see the match, that Dan suffered an injury scare in his singles -

Thanks Aileen for the picture, love it. So glad that Dan was okay after his fall. So glad I got to see the final set, but I worried that maybe I should not watch....you all know these silly superstitions.

I'm sure your encouragement is always welcome!
I can imagine what Dan felt when he thought he might have to pull out of the doubles. He's now saying that he might pull out of his next singles later today in order to prioritise the doubles, which, given that his next opponent is Stefanos Tsitsipas, mightn't be a bad idea.
