Queens R1: Andy Murray vs Alex de Minaur

Quote

Andy clearly got upset with himself and totally lost his concentration. My commentator (might be Naomi Broady) says he needs to get his thinking cap on and that's for sure. Totally has to change his approach and get aggressive. I think he may have played one too many Challenger opponents, and now he's up against someone much better and especially someone who doesn't make a lot of errors.

He's playing so bad even he finds it funny.

Yep. It's a big step up playing someone in the top 20.

This will not get him anywhere: rallying with deM., simply holding the ball in play. Let‘s hope he has a plan B.

Comes up against a half decent player and he's screwed.

My comms Andrew Cotter and whoever said the same thing. Maybe playing Stuttgart instead of Nottingham would have been better.

Does anyone think Andy's looking a bit limpy? Hope he hasn't hurt something.
